DIY: Decorated Pumpkins

One of the best parts of the Halloween season (or October in general) is the abundance of pumpkins! We love the classic look of orange, and adore simple white pumpkins. And this year, we’re embracing no-carve, decorated pumpkins as our latest holiday decor obsession. Anytime we can add a little glitz and glamour to our holiday decorations, you know we will!

To start, scour your craft cabinet for anything sparkly or fun, such as fabric scraps, heavy duty glue, scissors and paint pens. Spray paint your pumpkins in varying shades sticking with one color palette (such as gold, pearl, and black – would suggest sticking to 3 in one color palette) and let dry for 24 hours. We applied one coat and let dry for 1 hour before applying a second coat of spray paint. Then feel free to add your personal fun fabrics and sparkle to any of them!
