The recipe calls for:
- chocolate chips
- toasted coconut
- vanilla extract
- peanut butter
- old fashioned oats
- honey (or agave nectar)
- freshly ground flaxseed
To make the no bake energy bites, just stir all of those ingredients together until combined. (Or if you get tired of using a spoon, just use your hands. I do!)
Once the mixture is combined, pop it in the fridge for 10-20 minutes so that it will harden slightly. This will help make it easier to roll it into balls.
The best thing about this recipe is that it is super flexible as well. So if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, or if you are just looking for other substitution ideas, feel free to use:
- Different (or no) chocolate: I generally use dark chocolate chips. But you can also substitute in any other kinds of chips (butterscotch, milk chocolate, white chocolate, cinnamon chips, etc.). Or if you are vegan, I recommend cacao nibs. Or if you don’t dig chocolate, you can leave this part out all together.
- Different nut butter: If you are allergic to peanuts, feel free to substitute in any other kinds of nut butter, like almond butter, sunflower seed butter, cashew butter, or others. (For a great tutorial on homemade nut butters, check out this great post from Tasty Yummies.)
- Different sweetener: I really prefer honey in this recipe. But agave also works and is vegan, and some readers have had success with alternative sweeteners too.
- 1 cup coffee, chilled
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (we love Perfect Fit or Isagenix)
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 5 almonds (for extra protein)
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until it becomes a smoothie consistency. Add more ice cubes if you prefer. Top with fresh coffee beans and enjoy! via lauren conrad

Equal parts tart and sweet — thanks to a heavy dose of lemonade and a splash of St. Germain — this punch is sure to lend a lucky streak to your St. Paddy’s day celebrations!
POT OF GOLD PUNCH
Makes 1 pitcher.
– 1 750ml bottle of white wine (we prefer Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
– 1/4 cup St. Germain Liqueur
– 1 cup lemonade
– Seltzer water or tonic
– Lemon slices + rosemary sprigs to garnish
Combine wine, lemonade and St. Germain in a pitcher. Pour over ice and top with sparkling water or tonic for a sweeter taste. Garnish with rosemary and lemon slices. Enjoy!

S’mores Brownies from Delicious Meliscious, originally from Betty Crocker
1 pack brownie mix
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup water
1 large egg
2 cups miniature marshmallows
4 graham crackers, cut into chunks
2 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars, cut into each segments
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray 9×9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the box (or use your favorite homemade recipe) using the oil, egg, and water.
After baking, remove the pan from the oven and set the oven to broil at 500-550 F.
Cool brownies for about a minute then sprinkle the marshmallows over the warm brownies. Make sure to cover most of the area. Sprinkle the graham crackers on top of the marshmallows. Broil about 4-5 inches from the heat for 30 seconds to a minute until the marshmallows are golden brown. Watch carefully so that they don’t burn. Sprinkle with Hershey’s milk chocolate bars.
Yield: 16 brownies.

Step 2: Use a gold pen to write out fun holiday words on each one. Pop, Fizz, Bubbly, Cheers! Next, we went over the gold with some white to make it stand out more. Finally, we accented the marker with some shimmery gold paint.
Step 3: Let them dry and mix up your cocktail!
